The Community

Stonegate Village Community Association is a master planned development in the City of Irvine, located west of Portola Parkway and east of 5 freeway bordering Jeffrey Road, Irvine Boulevard, and Sand Canyon Road. Stonegate neighborhood consists of seven home tracts built by the Irvine Pacific Homes starting in 2011. The community has a variety of both detached and attached luxury homes.

Residents of Stonegate Village enjoy a multitude of amenities including green parks, basketball and tennis courts, swimming pools and spa, bbq areas and playgrounds for children. The Woodbury Town Center shopping center is within walking distance and offers a variety of shopping and dining options.
